Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Seyfettin Yıldırım, a sole proprietor in Türkiye, publishing under the name Concave Giraffe ("we", "us"), about Tiny Finds (the "game"). By downloading or playing the game you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Who can play
The game is meant for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you and is responsible for purchases made on your device.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, sounds, levels, code and names are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
3. Virtual items
The game has virtual items such as coins, gems, lives, hints, backgrounds and passes. They have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for money and aren't your property: you receive a licence to use them in the game. We may change how they work, and they may be lost if you uninstall the game or reset your device, because progress is saved on your device. Except where the law requires otherwise, virtual items are not refundable.
4. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and follow their terms, prices and refund policies; we never see your payment details. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Please contact the store for refunds. If a purchase doesn't arrive, write to us with the store's order number.
5. Subscriptions
The game offers these subscriptions:
- VIP: no ads between levels, an extra life slot, daily gems, double daily challenge coins and monthly backgrounds
- Explorer Pass: the premium track of the current season's rewards
The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period until you cancel it. It is charged to your store account when you confirm, and at each renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings (the game's Manage subscription button opens them); the subscription then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Any free trial or free period the game gives (such as a VIP gift) ends without charge unless you choose to subscribe.
6. Ads
The game shows ads. Some are optional rewarded videos that give you an in-game reward. Ads come from third-party networks; we aren't responsible for their content or for the products they advertise.
7. Fair play
Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game or its services, or use them to break the law. We may suspend features or rewards obtained this way.
8. Changes to the game
We keep improving the game. We may add, change or remove features, content and virtual items, or stop offering the game, with notice in the game where reasonable. Some features need an internet connection.
9. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer that can't be limited by agreement.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 3, 9, 10 and 13 continue after it ends.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights or courts that an agreement can't take away.
14. Apple
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the game and isn't responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies where these terms don't cover something.
